"I could write a dissertation on how well this transaction went, and how pleased my wife and I are with the services of Robert Patton - but, I'll try to keep it short. Initially, I went through a couple of the online "Find a Realtor" services. Out of the many realtors that contacted me, I selected four to interview and met each at the property I was putting on the market. Robert made my decision easy because he was clearly the most prepared, had the most indepth presentation, and offered both experience and an intimate knowledge of the market. Of course, when you speak of Robert, you're also including his colleague Dennis Gross, because they come as a team and both were "hands-on" involved in this sale. Once I gave Robert the go-ahead, he seemed to kick into overdrive. Both Robert and Dennis, who each have their own areas of expertise, gave my property an inspection to determine if there were any issues that needed to be addressed. A couple of minor things were found and they actually took care of those for me. After a thorough analysis, Robert also suggested an asking price that was considerably more than I had expected. Seemingly overnight, the photography was completed, the property flyer was put together, the listing was online, and the radio broadcast was completed and installed onsite for anyone who drove up to the property to listen to. In less than twelve hours, we received multiple offers and accepted one of them - which was nearly 5K more than the asking price. Thus began phase two of the process and Robert walked us through each step. I believe that, whether you are a seller or buyer, the key element is communication and Robert excels in this.
